Personal Training

Master Personal Trainer is the highest level (level #4) of personal training. A Personal Trainer will educate and train you in the performance of safe and appropriate exercises to effectively lead you to optimal health, as you strive to meet your goals.

Therapy

Support the theory that therapeutic exercise is motion of the body and its parts to relieve symptoms to improve function. This could include you and others who may be disabled, handicapped, or have functional limitations.

Specialists in Bodybuilding

Have the knowledge necessary to prepare you for a high-level bodybuilding or physique competition.

Corrective Exercise Specialists

Can bridge the gap between simple, straightforward fitness training and more complex physical therapy offered by a health-care professional.

Develop you and your team’s performance safely and effectively, knowing that each athlete has a unique set of physical and psychological deficits to overcome to improve their individual performance.

Group Exercise Instructors

Health and Life Coach

A Certified Health / Life Coach plays a pivotal role in helping you not only realize your health goals but also improve your life.

A Health/Life Coach:

  • Acts as a guide to help provide direction.

  • Makes it easier for you to articulate your objectives in a clear specific way.

  • Helps you stay focused on your goals so that we can minimize or avoid the multitude of distractions that could knock you off track.

Nutrition

Fitness Nutritionists provide general nutrition information such as the role of macronutrients or health sources of food.

Share Research

Can share research regarding adsorption, effect, or use of macronutrients or micronutrients for normal healthy individuals.

Goal Setting

Discuss information, advice, tips, or research about effective behavioral change strategies to reach nutrition goals.

Healthy Choices

Can discuss calorie management strategies, food selection strategies, food timing strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices.
