Nutrition
Fitness Nutritionist provides general nutrition information such as the role of macronutrients or health sources of food. Can share research regarding adsorption, effect, or use of macronutrients or micronutrients for normal healthy individuals. Discuss information, advice, tips, or research about effective behavioral change strategies to reach nutrition goals. Can discuss calorie management strategies, food selection strategies, food timing strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices.
